# Terms of Service for SafeScrape

## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services provided by SafeScrape, a UK-based online store selling cleaning gadgets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. SafeScrape reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided via email or on the administrative console. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

## 2. User Accounts

To use the Services, you must register for an Account by providing your full legal name, business address, phone number, a valid email address, and other required information. SafeScrape may reject or cancel Accounts at its discretion.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You confirm you are using the Services for business purposes only.

Your provided email is the Primary Email Address for communications. Monitor it and ensure it supports sending/receiving messages. Secure your password; SafeScrape is not liable for breaches due to your failure.

Do not reproduce, sell, or exploit the Services; bypass technical limitations; or access using automated means.

## 3. Account Activation

The Account registrant is the Store Owner, responsible for the Store and authorized use. Ensure the Store Owner's name is visible on the website.

If signing up on behalf of an employer, use employer email and warrant authority to bind them.

One Store Owner per Store; Stores may have multiple owners but must use SafeScrape Checkout.

Staff Accounts allow delegated access with permissions set by the Store Owner. The Store Owner is responsible for Staff compliance and breaches.

SafeScrape may create payment accounts (e.g., PayPal, SafeScrape Payments) on signup. Activate and maintain them; deactivate if unwanted.

Other payment options (e.g., Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay) may be enabled; comply with their terms. Deactivate as needed.

Domain names auto-renew annually if the Account is active and payment method valid; manage auto-renewal yourself.

## 4. SafeScrape Rights

SafeScrape may modify Services without notice, refuse or remove Materials violating policies, terminate Accounts for abuse, provide Services to competitors, and determine Account ownership disputes.

## 5. Your Responsibilities

Provide public contact info, terms of service, refund policy, and shipping policies on your Store, including fulfillment timelines and third-party supplier notices.

You are the seller of record; responsible for Store operation, Materials, products, transactions, taxes, refunds, compliance, and laws. SafeScrape is not liable for these.

Comply with all laws. Use SafeScrape Checkout for sales.

## 6. Product Use

Customers must use products (cleaning gadgets) at their own risk, following instructions. SafeScrape provides no warranties on product performance.

## 7. Payments

Fees include Subscription Fees, Transaction Fees, and Additional Fees, exclusive of Taxes. Provide a valid payment method; SafeScrape charges until termination.

Billed monthly; late payments may suspend Account. Responsible for all Taxes; maintain accurate location.

No refunds for Fees.

## 8. Shipping

You handle shipping and fulfillment. Provide accurate timelines. SafeScrape may offer shipping tools subject to separate terms.

## 9. Refunds

You manage refunds, returns, and exchanges per your policy. SafeScrape has no responsibility for these.

## 10. Liability Limitation and Indemnification

SafeScrape is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Indemnify SafeScrape against claims from your breaches, violations, or transactions.

Services "as is" without warranties.

## 11. Intellectual Property

Grant SafeScrape a license to your Materials and Trademarks for Service operation. Do not use SafeScrape Trademarks without permission.

## 12. Confidentiality

Protect Confidential Information; use solely for Terms performance.

## 13. Additional Services

Use of apps, themes, email, etc., subject to these Terms and specific conditions. Third-party services at your risk.

## 14. Privacy

SafeScrape processes data per Privacy Policy. Comply with data laws.

## 15. Term and Termination

Term starts on registration; terminate by contacting support. SafeScrape may suspend/terminate for violations. No refunds on termination; outstanding Fees due.

## 16. Modifications and General

SafeScrape may modify Terms/Fees with notice. Governed by English law; disputes in UK courts. Entire agreement; no assignments without consent. Surviving provisions post-termination.
