Shipping policy

Free UK Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. No minimum spend, no hidden charges — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Dispatch Times

All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or over the weekend are dispatched the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery: 2–5 working days from dispatch. In most cases orders arrive within 3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, but we work hard to get SafeScrape to you as quickly as possible.

Please Note — Untracked Delivery

Our free standard delivery is untracked. This keeps costs down and your delivery free. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at support@safescrape.co.uk and we'll sort it immediately — either by confirming delivery or sending a replacement at no cost to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us at support@safescrape.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll get a replacement out to you immediately.

Do You Ship Outside the UK?

We currently ship within the UK only. If you're outside the UK and would like to order, get in touch at support@safescrape.co.uk and we'll do our best to help.
